1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the 8566bet, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Continued use of the platform after any update to this document constitutes automatic acceptance of the new version. The date of the last revision is indicated at the top of this page.

8566bet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. If you disagree with any material changes, you may close your account without penalty, provided there is no active bonus balance with an unfulfilled rollover requirement.

The platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of Brazil. 8566bet does not provide services to minors under any circumstances, and identity verification is required before the first withdrawal on any account.

2. Registration and Eligibility

To create an account at 8566bet, you must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. The information requested includes your full name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile phone number.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an 8566bet employee or partner company.
• Not be under any self-exclusion or suspension on any regulated platform.

2.2 One Account per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on 8566bet. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or gain any other undue advantage is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved, including the forfeiture of any bonus balances and winnings derived from those accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8566bet may request identity verification at any time, and it is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents are: national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, or work card (Carteira de Trabalho), along with proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Withdrawal requests are placed on hold until verification is complete, with no additional minimum waiting period once documents are approved.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All amounts on the 8566bet are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). There are no currency conversions, exchange rates, or additional charges on deposits and withdrawals made within the limits set out in these Terms.

8566bet withdrawals are processed primarily via Pix to the same key or bank account linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to the player's real balance, excluding any bonus funds with an active rollover requirement. 8566bet may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 as a security and regulatory compliance measure.

Withdrawal requests that do not pass the identity verification (KYC) process will be placed in a queue until the documents are approved. 8566bet does not charge fees on withdrawals made within the normal operating limits of the account.

4. Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on the 8566bet follow sport-specific rules. Players are responsible for confirming the details of each bet before finalizing their slip. Confirmed bets cannot be canceled, except in the cases set out below.

4.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the 8566bet system at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation. Odds fluctuations occurring after confirmation do not affect the value of the registered bet. 8566bet reserves the right to cancel bets with a manifest odds error — defined as a difference of more than 20% from the market odds — with a full refund of the staked amount.

4.2 Postponed or Canceled Events

• Events postponed before they begin will have their bets cancelled and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Events canceled after kick-off that do not reach the minimum regulatory time (generally 90 minutes for football) will have all bets canceled with a full refund.
• In parlays, a cancelled event is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events. If only one event remains, the slip is treated as a single bet.
• The minimum time rule follows the regulations of each confederation or federation organizing the event.

4.3 Cash-Out

Cash-out is available on selected bets before and during events, in full, partial, and automatic modes. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on the odds at the moment of the request. 8566bet does not guarantee permanent cash-out availability across all markets and at all points during a game. Bets for which a full cash-out is taken before 50% of the event's regulation time has elapsed do not count toward any active bonus rollover.

4.4 Live Betting

Live bets are accepted while the market is open in the 8566bet system. During technical stoppages, VAR reviews, or match interruptions, live markets may be temporarily suspended. Any bets placed during this period are automatically canceled with a full refund. 8566bet is not responsible for delays in score and statistics updates caused by third-party data feed failures.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Program

Promotions from 8566bet are subject to specific terms published on each offer's page. In the event of a conflict between the general terms of this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the more specific version of that promotion prevails.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available once per player, CPF, and IP address. It is credited automatically after the first qualifying deposit and carries a rollover requirement of 5x the bonus amount received. Bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection count toward the rollover. You have 7 calendar days from the deposit date to meet the rollover requirement. After that period, any uncompleted bonus is cancelled with no refund.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

The 10% cashback on net football betting losses is calculated from Monday to Sunday and credited every Monday by 12:00 PM. Cashback carries no rollover requirement and can be freely withdrawn via Pix. The maximum cashback amount per week is R$ 300.00. Players whose accounts are suspended or under investigation during the week will not receive cashback for the suspension period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

8566bet continuously monitors betting behavior related to bonus usage. Strategies designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk — such as betting on both sides of the same event, also known as matched betting — are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, a refund of the real balance only, and account closure without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Program

The 8566bet VIP loyalty program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Your tier is calculated based on points accumulated monthly — 1 point per R$ 1.00 wagered on sports and 0.5 point per R$ 1.00 wagered at the casino. 6. Live Casino, Slots & Instant Games

In addition to Sports Betting, the 8566bet offers a Live Casino with real dealers, slots from internationally certified providers, crash games, and other instant games. All casino games undergo periodic audits by an independent company to ensure certified randomness (RNG — Random Number Generator) in results.

6.1 Live Casino

Live Casino tables — roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and variants — are operated by human dealers streamed in real time. The specific rules for each game are displayed on screen before you take a seat. 8566bet is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by connection issues on the player's side. In the event of a disconnection during a round, the outcome is determined by the cameras and server records, which take precedence over any dispute based on the player's incomplete visual experience.

6.2 Slots and RTP

The Return to Player (RTP) for each slot is available in the information menu of each game. The RTP indicates a theoretical long-term percentage — it does not guarantee returns in individual sessions. Progressive jackpots accumulate values in BRL and are paid out in real money to the winning player's account, subject to identity verification before payment is processed.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games are short-duration games where a multiplier rises until it hits a "crash" point determined by a certified algorithm. Players must cash out before the crash to secure their winnings. 7.1 Tools Available in Your Account

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Reductions take effect immediately; limit increases come into force after a 7-day reflection period.
• Bet limit: Set the maximum amount per individual bet.
• Cooling-off period: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with no access to deposits or betting during that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or temporary account closure, with reactivation blocked for the selected period (minimum 6 months).

7.2 Minor Protection

Any available real balance will be returned via Pix to the key linked to the account holder's CPF within 3 business days of the request being processed. Bonus balances with an unmet rollover requirement will be canceled without a refund. Voluntary self-exclusion follows the process described in Section 7.

9.2 Account Closure or Suspension by 8566bet

8566bet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses.
• Use of automated systems, bots, or betting software to manipulate markets.
• Financial transaction fraud or undue chargebacks.
• Abusive behavior toward members of the support team.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 8566bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings derived from irregular activity. Any real deposited balance not used in an irregular manner will be returned once the investigation is complete.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Limitation of Liability

A 8566bet is not responsible for financial losses resulting from the player's betting decisions, odds fluctuations, or casino game outcomes. The player assumes full responsibility for all bets placed on their account. 8566bet does not provide betting advice, and any statistical information available on the platform is provided for informational purposes only, not as a recommendation.

10.2 Platform Availability

8566bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Live bets interrupted due to a technical failure on 8566bet's end will have their value returned to the player's balance. 8566bet is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection issues on the player's side.

10.3 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of the 8566bet platform will preferably be resolved through direct negotiation with support. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court is that of the player's domicile in Brazil, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

10.4 Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in Brazilian Portuguese. If a version in another language exists, the Portuguese version prevails for players residing in Brazil.
